03625 Description And Summary : |

When you open a/c clutch relay, circuit short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit also ignition switch run/start position, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
03625 Possible Causes:
03625 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03625 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control motor, control circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
