Diagnosing engine bar with automatic glow time control relay 2, electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high or hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too high is the final reason of the code. |
03601 Possible Causes:
03601 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 03601 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
