The problem is about ignition coil 'k' primary control, short to plus retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 1 . On the other hand intake air heater "a", circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
03589 Possible Causes:
03589 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03589 Code
- Inspect all the connections angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
