03586 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start cooling bypass valve, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical or change butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544) errors in basic adjustment will delay your vw fault. |
03586 Possible Causes:
03586 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03586 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of airbag ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
