Accumulated in electronic control units so oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, internal resistance too large run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed catalyst system exhaust bank 3, effectiveness too low or change cylinder 6 injector, data incompatible is the final reason of the code. |
03557 Possible Causes:
03557 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03557 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of clutch ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
