Accumulated in electronic control units so evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake cylinder 1 above knock threshold and 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
03516 Possible Causes:
03516 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 03516 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of steering wheel electronics
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
