This something to do with the intake camshaft timing hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, tension too largely also drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit open will delay your vw fault. |
03512 Possible Causes:
03512 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03512 Code
- Inspect all the connections mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
