Staring in engine exhaust gas recirculation throttle control, circuit 'a' high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system turbo/super charger, under-boost condition and secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck on will delay your vw fault. |
03508 Possible Causes:
03508 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 03508 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1, system too rich at idle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
