The problem is about evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit open circuit you can see the a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
03499 Possible Causes:
03499 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
