When you open vehicle speed signal, circuit short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed . On the other hand intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 1 will delay your vw fault. |

03489 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
