The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault bank 2, system too lean at idle retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit also injector control pressure regulator, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
03473 Possible Causes:
03473 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 03473 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch up, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
