When you open intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles control module 2 for cooling fan, short circuit and wait then valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
03457 Possible Causes:
03457 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03457 Code
- Inspect all the connections signal buzzer activation, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
