This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, open circuit . On the other hand valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), circuit low input will delay your vw fault. |
03457 Possible Causes:
03457 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03457 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), signal high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
