This something to do with the intake camshaft timing butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), under voltage during basic adjustment It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake shift up/down wire, open / short to ground and wait then evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault.
