03449 Description And Summary : |

When you open secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), range / performance and wait then actuator supply voltage "b", circuit /open is the final reason of the code. |
03449 Possible Causes:
03449 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03449 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of steering angle sensor
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
