03447 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing transmission control unit relay, malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'b' primary control, short to plus and coolant fan control 1: open or short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
03447 Possible Causes:
03447 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 03447 Code
- Inspect all the connections controller pin coding, implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
