The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault load signal from alternator terminal df, open or short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 1 . So for next exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, electrical error in the electric circuit will delay your vw fault. |
03424 Possible Causes:
03424 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 03424 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), electrical malfunction in circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
