Staring in engine ecm/pcm power input, signal high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles reset-resistant limp-mode active and fuel pump circuit, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
03409 Possible Causes:
03409 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03409 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 2 (n263), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
