The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault controller pin coding, implausible signal mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor leak in air intake system and reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
03408 Possible Causes:
03408 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03408 Code
- Inspect all the connections wheel speed signal 3, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
