Staring in engine intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit closed mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit high also injector control pressure sensor, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
03398 Possible Causes:
03398 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 03398 Code
- Inspect all the connections controller for radiator exhaust oh run (j138), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
