Staring in engine fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit intermittent / erratic causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit / open also exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, signal too slowly is the final reason of the code. |
03396 Possible Causes:
03396 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03396 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
