Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start internal control module: eeprom error also cylinder 6 injector, data incompatible will delay your vw fault. |
03389 Possible Causes:
03389 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 03389 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
