This code were stamped on VW Engine case cannot activate controller reply function due to another error with equal priority the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit . So for next signal line for fuel pump electronics, electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
03387 Possible Causes:
03387 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

- Inspect all the connections relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
