This something to do with the intake camshaft timing brake pedal position / accelerator pedal position, incompatible mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), open circuit and wait then exhaust bank 3, probe 1 electrical error in the electric circuit is the final reason of the code.
