This something to do with the intake camshaft timing barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high . So for next fuel rail sensor (g401), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
03344 Possible Causes:
03344 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 03344 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
