03339 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too high and wait then event data recorder request, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
03339 Possible Causes:
03339 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 03339 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from control module level control
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
