03331 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to b+ also o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
03331 Possible Causes:
03331 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03331 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
