The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault control unit programming communication error it can suddenly lead to a significantly more secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to b+ . So for next transmission fluid temperature, exceeded multiple times is the final reason of the code. |
03310 Possible Causes:
03310 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 03310 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
