Accumulated in electronic control units so potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high also accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low is the final reason of the code. |
03296 Possible Causes:
03296 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 03296 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
