03296 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing coolant fan control 2: open or short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more pre-catalyst exhaust bank 3 effect too small or injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
03296 Possible Causes:
03296 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03296 Code
- Inspect all the connections control of valves pump / nozzle, electrical errors in the electric circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
