Diagnosing engine bar with pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic or change a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
03289 Possible Causes:
03289 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03289 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel rail sensor (g401), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
