Staring in engine secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to b+ and wait then pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to plus will delay your vw fault. |
03285 Possible Causes:
03285 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03285 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor a, circuit error message from engine controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
