03284 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+ or change diesel particulate filter regeneration duration is the final reason of the code. |
03284 Possible Causes:
03284 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 03284 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
