This code were stamped on VW Engine case glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection system control 'a', circuit high also oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, upper limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |

- Inspect all the connections fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
