This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system controller pin coding, implausible signal and ecm/pcm power input, signal high will delay your vw fault. |
03260 Possible Causes:
03260 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03260 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 6 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
