03254 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (n304), range / performance also cylinder 6 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
03254 Possible Causes:
03254 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 03254 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
