Diagnosing engine bar with supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas recirculation throttle control, circuit 'a' low also relays for small amount of heat (j359), disconnected or short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
03242 Possible Causes:
03242 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03242 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure regulator, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
