The problem is about intake flap motor 2 (v275), short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded also valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
03224 Possible Causes:
03224 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03224 Code
- Inspect all the connections camshaft position signal output, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
