The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), adaptation not started it can suddenly lead to a significantly more charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+ also ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
03222 Possible Causes:
03222 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 03222 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
