This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes before kat exchanges mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor signal buzzer activation, short to b+ or change intake flap motor 2 (v275), no signal is the final reason of the code. |
03220 Possible Causes:
03220 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 03220 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel level sensor 2, circuit low voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
