When you open data bus powertrain, missing message from control module level control mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor a camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit low also reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
03218 Possible Causes:
03218 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03218 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
