03214 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'h' primary control, short to plus to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so shift up/down wire, short to b+ or pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
03214 Possible Causes:
03214 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 03214 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
