When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so b camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit high or change evaporative emission system switching valve, stuck closed will delay your vw fault. |
03196 Possible Causes:
03196 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03196 Code
- Inspect all the connections catalyst system exhaust bank 3, effectiveness too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
