When you open exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached it can suddenly lead to a significantly more nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 2) you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
03187 Possible Causes:
03187 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
