Accumulated in electronic control units so linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, tension too largely or change activation, intake manifold runner bank 2 control, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
03178 Possible Causes:
03178 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03178 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message of the steering angle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
