This something to do with the intake camshaft timing relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high . So for next ignition coil 'k' primary control, circuit low is the final reason of the code.
