Diameter in engine mil call-up circuit / transmission control module, range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system injector cylinder 14 (n392), open circuit you can see the fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
03163 Possible Causes:
03163 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03163 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
