When you open mil control circuit, open / short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after mass or change throttle angle signal stuck on is the final reason of the code. |
03158 Possible Causes:
03158 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 03158 Code
- Inspect all the connections controller for radiator exhaust oh run (j138), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
