This something to do with the intake camshaft timing relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), short-circuit after pluses it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition coil 'a' primary control, short to plus and linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 1, compensation wire pump current, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
03156 Possible Causes:
03156 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03156 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'a' / 'c', voltage correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
