This code were stamped on VW Engine case water in fuel sensor, circuit intermittent run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed bank 1, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g300), interruption / short-circuit to b+ or cylinder 12 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
03142 Possible Causes:
03142 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 03142 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit achievement too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
