031 Description And Summary : |

When you open coolant degassing valve, control circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake accelerator position sensor 1/2 (g79) + (g185), implausible signal also hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too high will delay your vw fault. |
031 Possible Causes:
031 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 031 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of transmission ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
