The problem is about secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground you can see the intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault.
